<p>A method for precisely evaluating an individual or a group in an organization on the basis of numbers so as to realize a true meritocracy. The activities of an individual and/or a group constituted of one or more individuals in an organization are regarded as a sale object and converted into numbers by using a accounting technique as necessary. The numbers are processed by a computer so as to evaluate the individual and/or group based on the result of the processing. The business performance of an individual is converted into numbers by this evaluation method, and the evaluation is carried out objectively and fairly. By using this method, a reward such as the pay of an individual or a retirement allowance can be decided.</p> |
