A matrix plaster containing active ingredients for controlled discharge of at least one hyperaemizing active ingredient to the skin, comprising a flexible outer layer and an adhesive water-insoluble matrix containing active ingredients, characterized in that the adhesive matrix is devoid of mineral oils and adhesive resins and comprises: a) 25 - 90 wt. % synthetic skeletal polymers based on polyisobutylene; b) 5 - 40 wt. % amorphous poly- alpha -olefin; c) 10 60 wt. % insoluble hydrophilic filling material having an average particle size of less than 100 mu um and d) 0.0001 - 20 wt. % of a hyperaemizing active ingredient.
