PHOTOCATALYTIC CERAMIC SINTER USING FINE SAND AND/OR LOESS FROM SAND MOLDING AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a photocatalytic ceramic sinter using fine sand and/or loess from sand molding is provided to regenerate waste sources as a photocatalytic adsorbent. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of mixing fine sand(150 mesh or less) from sand molding with bentonite; adding 20 to 30 parts by weight of water, based on the 100 parts by weight of fine sand and bentonite; cutting the dough with extruding the dough; forming dough cut in the form of egg or ball; spraying TiO2 powder on the formed dough; and drying/calcining it.
