PURPOSE: A hot and cold water purifier with rice refrigerator is provided to reduce entire volume and occupying space thereof. CONSTITUTION: A water purifier comprises a reservoir(10) on an upper stage; a cold water tank(11) on a first middle stage formed as a heat insulating/hermetic type freezer(17) covered by a heat insulating wall(16a); a hot water tank(12) and a compressor(13) on a second middle stage and a rice storage(15) on a lower stage formed as a refrigerator(18) covered by a heat insulating wall(16b). The freezer and the refrigerator are connected with a chilled air discharge pipe(20) with a chilled air circulating fan(19) installed thereon and a chilled air inlet pipe(21), respectively, so that chilled air is circulated between the freezer and the refrigerator.
