NEGATIVE WARP THREAD DRAW-OFF APPARATUS OF WARP KNITTING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A warp thread draw-off apparatus permitting the smooth drawing-off of warp thread wound on a beam with stable tension and preventing the breakage of the warp thread to be drawn off thorough it by a needle is provided which improves productivity and convenience. CONSTITUTION: This warp thread draw-off apparatus comprise: a tension bar(20) supported by an axis(22) through an arm(21); a sprocket(31) constructed at the axis and a tension spring(30) connected to a tension control bolt(32) at its both ends; a driven sprocket(42) axially mounted on a beam(40) wound with warp thread(41); a gear reduction motor(60) with a drive sprocket(61) connected to the driven sprocket by a chain(50); a sensing bar(70) being integrally rotated with the axis according to warp thread tension force by being axially mounted on the axis; and a sensor(80) sensing the operation state of the sensing bar and controlling the gear reduction motor.
