PURPOSE: A broiling heating vessel is provided to lower generations of a smoke and a smell during cooking food by mixing and manufacturing a main material having a natural mineral, a serexite, and a bauxite and a naturally vegetable mixture. CONSTITUTION: A natural mineral powder having 20 weight %, a mixing powder of a serexite and a bauxite having 70 weight %, and a naturally vegetable mixture of a wheat flour having 10 weight % are mixed and solidified to manufacture a grate(70). A particle diameter of the natural mineral powder is 60-100 mesh. A support member(71) supports the grate(70). According to the broiling heating vessel, generations of a smoke and a smell are lowered. A cooking object is not stuck to the grate(70). Since the broiling heating vessel has an affinity with respect to a circumstance, abolition thereof is simple.
