This invention relates to the use of a dual histamine H3 receptor antagonist / m2 muscarinic antagonist, or a combination of a histamine H3 receptor antagonist and a m2 muscarinic antagonist, optionally in further combination with an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor, for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of cognition deficit disorders.
