<p>A system and method for managing patient health data is disclosed. The method comprising the steps of providing a plurality of input fields for receiving input data. The input data comprise at least one patient identifier, at least one patient criteria, at least one criteria condition, and at least one alert recipient. The method further comprises the steps of receiving a transmission of the at least one patient identifier, at least one patient criteria, at least one criteria condition corresponding to each of the at least one patient criteria and at least one alert recipient. The method further comprises the steps of receiving a transmission of health data, comparing the health data to the criteria condition, and transmitting an alert to alert recipients if the health data satisfies the criteria condition.</p> |
