PURPOSE: A method and a system for P2P(Peer to Peer) electronic commerce service based on the Internet are provided to realize efficient electronic commerce by determining an estimated value and payment upon the deliberation of an article purchaser and an article supplier through a real-time consultation. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an Internet-based purchaser terminal(10) with a P2P electronic commerce program, an Internet-based supplier terminal(30) with a P2P electronic commerce program, and a web data server(40) connected with the purchaser terminal and the supplier terminal through the Internet or a virtual private network(20) to provide and back up information. A purchaser appoints one ore more suppliers, and the appointment data are transmitted to the purchaser terminal. The purchaser requests a supplier to estimate value, corresponding data are transmitted to the supplier terminal. The data are simultaneously displayed on the purchaser terminal and the supplier terminal. An estimate is written out through a real-time consultation under the deliberation of the purchaser and the supplier. Thereafter, payment data are generated upon the deliberation of the purchaser and the supplier.
