Crystals of 2-amino-3-cyano-4-methyl-5-(2-fluorophenyl) pyrrole showing diffraction peaks at diffraction angles (2 theta +/- 0.2 DEG ) of 10.3 DEG , 14.3 DEG , 15.5 DEG , 15.9 DEG , 25.1 DEG and 25.7 DEG in powdery X ray spectroscopy and absorption peaks at wavelengths (cm<-1> +/- 0.2%) of 3373, 3322, 2201, 762, 687 and 640 cm<-1> in infrared absorption spectroscopy. These crystals are excellent in stability and useful as a bulk powder for medicinal use.
