PURPOSE: A damper pulley is provided to effectively reduce noise of low and high frequencies to be generated by twisting vibration of a crankshaft. CONSTITUTION: A damper pulley contains a combining portion(20) to be combined with a crankshaft(10), an accelerometer(30) in the combining portion, an elastic case(40) to be combined with the combining portion, an ER(Electric-Rheological) fluid(50) to be embedded in the elastic case, a pulley(60) to be combined with the elastic case, and an ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(50) to feed voltage to the ER fluid. By using the ER fluid to be controlled by the ECU, vibration of low and high frequencies are reduced more effectively.
