PURPOSE: A cold storage cellar using a tunnel altitude difference is provided to effectively store grain or fruits under an appropriate temperature and an appropriate humidity by using a natural air circulation manner. CONSTITUTION: The cold storage cellar comprises an upper tunnel(10) and a lower tunnel(20), which are vertically excavated to have an altitude difference, and a connection passage(30) between the upper and lower tunnels. The tunnels are provided with doors(11,21) respectively, and the connection passage is provided with an air adjusting door(31), thereby it is possible to adjust the flow of air by selectively opening and closing the doors of the tunnels and the connection passage.
