A device (400) for removing nail polish simultaneously from a plurality of fingernails of a hand or toenails of a foot includes a base (15) having a first area (20) a for simultaneously receiving a plurality of fingers of the hand or toes of the foot. Also included in the device (400) is a second area (415) for receiving a single finger or toe. A rotatable brush, sponge or scrubbing member (25) is coupled to the base (15) such that the plurality of fingernails or toenails are positioned in contact with the rotatable brush, sponge, or scrubbing member (25) when the plurality of fingers or toes are positioned in the first area (20) or the second area (415). A motor (145) positioned in the base (15) and coupled to the rotatable brush, sponge, or scrubbing member (25) controllably rotates the brush, sponge, or scrubbing member (25). A hand activated switch (45) on the base (15) actuates an automated motor (145) when the plurality of fingers or toes are positioned in the first area (20) of the base (15) to thereby rotate the brush, sponge, or scrubbing member (25) and remove the fingernail polish from the plurality of fingernails or toenails. A hand activated pump (55) or automated motor controllably supplies fingernail polish removing fluid to the brush, sponge or scrubbing member (25) to aid in removal of the fingernail polish. |
