The new-style display case (primarily) for displaying museum objects can be made without any size restrictions and its facade consists of sheets of glass (not in panes) which slide in parallel along the inside of the case. When the display case is locked, the surface of the glass sheets on the facade is uniform and completely sealed, aligned and perfectly flat with the glass sheets in perfect array. It is ideal for displaying objects in the collections of all manner of museums (archaeological and Byzantine objects, folk art objects, etc.) because it ensures excellent storage and preservation conditions combined with great visual appeal. It is also ideal for use in areas designated as monuments since it can easily be installed without affecting the existing monument. |
