Deepdrawn or thermoformed mono- or multiple films placed in a tool and there sprayed or pressed from below with fused plastics followed by composite removal from the tool. Pressing is by extrusion, swelling or pre-forming and uses a chemical driving agent and fibers inserted so the volatiles have been divided from this agent once the plastics is inserted in the tool. The one film consists of a mix of polyamides and polyethylene monomers and comprises substrate, intermediate or decorative layer and a transparent cover layer, notably a UV-wettable resin. Preferred fibers include glassfiber and carbon or natural fibers.
