PURPOSE: A cooling system is provided to maximize the cooling efficiency per unit area of a small electronic product and a large cooler, to increase the efficiency of the electronic products by cooling the heat of a notebook computer or a computer properly, and to minimize the noise and the volume of the electronic product. CONSTITUTION: The cooling system comprises a ground face(7) grounding with the face necessary for the cooling, a coolant inlet space(8), a coolant injection fan(3), a motor(4), a heat emitting plate(2) and a cooling fan(1). The heat generated from a CPU of the computer is cooled to the temperature of the coolant in the ground face. The coolant keeps a constant temperature by the continuous circulation. The part necessary for the cooling is firstly cooled by dispersing the heat through the injection of the coolant and the coolant is cooled by making the coolant pass through the heat emitting plate pipe(5).
