A rack with screen capable of reducing a weight and rapidly operating audio equipment stored therein, comprising a body with rack plates and a screen installed so that the attitude thereof can be changed altered between a use attitude where the screen is positioned at the front of the rack plates by feeding or raising from a storage part disposed at the upper or lower part of the body and a storage attitude where the screen is wound from the use attitude and stored in the storage part.
