<p>Asphalt bitumen layers are caused to adhere to one another by using an adhesive layer consisting of at least 1, partic. 2; films of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer containing 15-35 wt.% of vinyl acetate. The strength and suppleness of the adhesive films and their small thickness makes it possible to apply easily wide sheets of adhesive. A wide-meshed fibrous reinforcement may be placed between the asphalt layers.</p> |
