Method for data transfer between a work or service provider and a work or service receiver who then receives an invoice from the service provider. In order to reduce data entry effort by the accounts department of the organization receiving the service, data on the invoice is transferred to the service receiver in a manner such that it does not need to be re-entered. This can be via email, by use of barcodes, etc.
