Invention belong to the field of organic synthesis and relate to method for preparation of 3-aminoalcohols. Invention resolve problem of preparation of aminoalcohols when both amino and alcohol group belong to xylose. method is useful for preparation of different aminoalcohols of general structure of 5-amino-5-deoxy-1,2-O-alkylidene-D-hylofuranose and their salts. Method is based on reaction of 3,5-anhydro-1,2-O-alkylidene-D-xylofuranose with primary or secondary amines.
