This invention refers to the compounds of a general formula I where R1 is C6-C12 - cycloalkyl, optionally substituted by lower alkyl or C (O)O lower alkyl, indane -1-il or indane -2-il, optionally substituted by lower alkyle; acenaphten-1-bicyclo (3.3.1) non-9-il, ovahydro-inden-2-il; 2,3-dihydro-1H-phenalen-1-il, 2,3, 3a, 4,5,6 - hexahydro- 1H- phenalen 1-il, decahydro-azulene-2 il, ; bicyclo (6.2.0) deca-9-il, naphtalene-1-il, decahydro-naphtalene-2-il, tetrahydronaphtalene-2-il, tetrahydro-naphtalene-2-il or 2-oxo-1,2 diphenyl-ethyl; R2 is = O or hydrogen, R3 is hydrogen, isoindolil-1,3-dion, lower alcoxy, lower alkyl, amino, benziloxy, CH2OR5 or CH2N(R5)2 R4 is hydrogen or -CH2OR5, R5 is hydrogen or lower alkyl, A is cyclohexyl or phenyl, optionally substituted by lower alkyk, halogen or alcoxy, and on their pharmaceutically acceptable acid salts of addition.
