PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a sole of a shoe having two colors or double hardness and the manufacturing mold are provided to reduce the number of metal mold to a minimum and to simplify the work process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a sole of a shoe having two colors or double hardness includes a first step of molding an insert(150), constituting a specific part of a sole, to an auxiliary metal mold by a non-foaming method, and a second step of positioning the insert at a specific position of a main metal mold(200), arranging a piece of raw material(90) to the empty space uniformly, heating, and foaming. The metal mold is equipped with an upper metal mold and a lower metal mold. Dampers are successively installed to a part of the inside of the lower metal mold for inserting the material.
