PURPOSE: An apparatus for saving a usage amount of tap water is provided to be effectively used in the public bath by adopting a fee calculating manner adding a basic fee and a usage fee per a liter of tap water, in particular so as to save the amount of water during shower. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for saving a usage amount of tap water by adopting a fee calculating manner adding a basic fee and a usage fee per a liter of tap water comprises a bath(1), a drainage hole(2), a cover(3) for the bath, a soap fulcrum(4), water saving handles(5,7), showers(6,14), a display screen(8), a cover(9) for the display screen, a side water saving handle(10), a cold water pipe(11), a hot water pipe(12), a private locker(13), a towel holder(15), a key(16), and a mirror(17).
