PURPOSE: Provided are a candy containing green tea crushed powder and its preparing method, therefore prepared candy contains abundant active ingredients of green tea and taste and flavor peculiar to green tea. CONSTITUTION: The candy containing green tea crushed powder characteristically consists of 0.1-8 wt.5 of green tea crushed powder, 72-95 wt.% of saccharide selected from the group consisting of maltose, sugar, lactose, maltodextrin and fructose, and 5-20 wt.5 of purified water.
