摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing an adhesive formed by combining a blood plasma of slaughtered livestock and phenol synthetic resin for production of ligneous materials. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: (i) precipitating a centrifuged supernatant of blood of slaughtered livestock with TCA(trichloroacetic acid, final concentration 2%) or HCl(final concentration 0.6 N), (ii) combining the precipitated blood plasma with high-alkaline phenol formaldehyde(PF) resin(for example, PF 15-20% NVC 100 g, TCA/HCl precipitated plasma BNVC 15-20 g), and replacing 60% or more of phenol resin with the precipitated plasma to form an inexpensive and eco-friendly PF-plasma combined resin for production of ligneous material.
