ROLLED AIR PERMEABLE FILM AND METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A rolled air permeable film is provided to give air permeability to the film and simplify manufacturing facility and processes by composing a microporous local air permeable film and distributing the local air permeable film in front of the film, and method and apparatus for manufacturing the rolled air permeable film are provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a rolled air permeable film comprises the processes of forming an inorganic material contained film for manufacturing an air permeable film; passing the inorganic material contained film(7) between a local extension roll(1) on which local extension mark forms(3) are densely arranged and an elastic rubber roll(2) so that a local air permeable film on which micropores are distributed around local extension marks formed on the film is formed; and obtaining the air permeable film by distributing the local air permeable film in front of the film. The apparatus for manufacturing a rolled air permeable film comprises a rolling roll consisting of an elastic rubber roll and a roll(1) on the surface of which the local extension mark forms are densely arranged to form a microporous local air permeable film around local extension marks on the inorganic material contained film formed for manufacturing the air permeable film, wherein the microporous local air permeable film is formed around the local extension marks on the film by rolling the inorganic material contained film in the rolling roll, and the local air permeable film is distributed in front of the film.
