PURPOSE: An article storage case and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to achieve a stronger and softer case capable of guiding articles received therein while protecting them. CONSTITUTION: The article storage case(1), comprising a receiving part(2) defining a space(3) for receiving cassette tapes and the like, is manufactured by melting polypropylene resin, molding the molten polypropylene resin into the case comprising the receiving part, cooling them, and attaching the surfaces of the case and the receiving part facing to each other by heating them or applying ultrasonic wave thereto. Additionally, a print layer(4) is formed on the surface of the case.
