The system comprises a sealing element comprising an expandable sealing element (24, 34, 44, 54, 64, 80, 90, 104, 104b, 104c', 104c'', 104d) and a locking element (23, 33, 36, 43, 63, 103b, 103c, 103d), whereby the locking element can activate expansion of the sealing element.
