PURPOSE: A penis expanding method and an endoscope using method for the same are provided to eliminate harmful side effects caused by the expansion of the penis, and to prevent the damage of nerves and blood vessels. CONSTITUTION: The penis expanding method comprises the steps of; incising the skin of the penis at a length of 1cm to 2cm; securing a space by expanding between the skin and the derma fat layer with an operation tool; confirming whether nerves or blood vessels are in a vertical state after inserting an endoscope(60) to the space; inserting an expansion member if the nerves or blood vessels doesn't exist; fixing the expansion member in a certain position; and sewing the incised skin.
