PURPOSE: A portable non-destructive inspection device is provided to achieve improved use convenience and portability by making the inspection device into a pen type, while allowing for an accurate quantitative analysis. CONSTITUTION: A portable non-destructive inspection device(100) comprises a pen type housing(110) having open both ends; an adsorption plate(120) attached to an end of the pen type housing, and which has a through hole; an indicator filter(130) including a tube(132) embedded within the pen type housing and an absorbing material(134) filling the tube so as to absorb the liquid introduced into the tube; and a pressure reduction unit(140) attached to the other end of the pen type housing, and which reduces pressure in the pen type housing through the user operation. The pressure reduction unit includes a motor(142) for reducing pressure in the pen type housing, a power(144) for supplying power to the motor, and a switch(146) for switching power supply from the power to the motor.
