PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking device needing no power, having easy engagement/disengagement work not soiling the hands and superior even in an antitheft function. SOLUTION: The bicycle parking device 1 is provided with a spindle 13 rotatably supported inside a stand 3, a wheel holding member 10 for holding a part of the outer circumference of a front wheel 7 of a bicycle 6, a wheel locking arm 14 locking onto the front wheel 7 by abutting to the front wheel 7 attached and detached to the wheel holding member 10 and rotating with the spindle 13, a lock plate 15 rotating with the spindle 13, a lock shaft 17 fixing the lock plate 15 so that it can engage and disengage when the wheel locking arm 14 is in a wheel locking position, and a locking mechanism 24 operating the lock shaft 17.
