The method according to the invention is a method of regenerating a titanium-containing zeolite which has been used as an epoxidation catalyst comprising washing the titanium-containing zeolite at a temperature of at least 150 DEG C with a solvent containing a source of a cation selected from the group consisting of ammonium, alkali metals, and mixtures thereof.
