PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for measuring and charging to usage of electric power and the like, its integration device, its use status central controller, charge withdrawal device and its charging method which eliminate the labor cost for confirmation of the usage of electric power, gas, water, etc., improve the efficiency of charge demanding job and make a user possible to confirm the usage and the charge at any necessary time and anywhere. SOLUTION: The whole system is constituted to be accessible through the Internet 100 and is connected with integrating power meters 10 and 20 integrating power consumption, a central controller system 40 reading the power consumption out of the integrating power meters 10 and 20 by way of the Internet 100, calculating the power charge and collecting the power charge from accounts of users and financial agencies 30 for automatically withdrawing the power charge from the accounts of the users based on the demand of the central control system 40. |
