PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To early and accurately detect a vibration from a user-designated timing of starting detecting the vibration. SOLUTION: The detector comprises a reference voltage outputting means 10 for outputting a reference voltage, a first amplifying means 3 for differentially amplifying an output of a vibration detecting means 1 and the reference voltage output, an offset removing means 6 for controlling the reference voltage output according to an output of the first amplifying means to remove offset components superposed on the output of the vibrating detecting means, and a second amplifying means 5 for differentially amplifying the output of the vibration detecting means and a specified reference voltage at a lower amplification degree than that of the first amplifying means. The offset removing means controls the reference voltage output, based on the output of the second amplifying means, and then controls the reference voltage output according to the difference between the output of the first amplifying means and a specified target output value, thereby taking the output of the first amplifying means as a specified target output value. |
