PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that, when a resin substrate is used to provide a blood analyzer at a low cost, the capability of an electroosmotic flow pump used to move blood or the like is lowered because the zeta potential of its surface is low and that the surface of the substrate must be covered with organic molecules with biocompatibility in order to suppress a corpuscle component in the blood from adhering to the surface of the resin substrate. SOLUTION: The surface around a movement means constituting the blood analyzer is covered with a silicon oxide film, the zeta potential is raised, and the capability of the electroosmotic flow pump is enhanced. A part or the whole of a flow channel means which connects the filtration means to the analytical means of the blood analyzer and the analytical means to the movement means and a part of a holding means are decompressed, and the surface is covered with organic molecules with biocompatibility by using its suction force. |
