PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a method for efficiently synthesizing a puromycin derivative. SOLUTION: This puromycin derivative is a compound (salt thereof) of the formula (1) (wherein, L is a spacer group; R<1> is a reactive group; and Nu is a residue of pyrimidine salt group or purine salt group).
