PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor having stable characteristics enough avoid infiltrating external electromagnetic waves into a tuning fork, even if a strong vibration is applied to the sensor. SOLUTION: A first rubber block 36 and/or a second rubber block 41 are of a conductive rubber and a first base 32 and a first cover 35 are electrically connected to an outer case 66 through either or both of the blocks 36, 41 to stabilize the potentials of the first base 32 and the first cover 35. |
