LIQUID CRYSTAL COMPOSITION, COLOR FILTER AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD, AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal composition excellent in applicability and capable of giving a uniform thick film; a color filter prepared by using the same and exhibiting a uniform selected reflection wavelength and a sufficiently high reflectance and a production method thereof; and a liquid crystal display with the color filter incorporated thereinto. SOLUTION: This liquid crystal composition at least contains a liquid crystal compound having at least one polymerizable group, a photoreactive chiral agent, and a nonliquid-crystalline polymer. A color filter prepared by using the liquid crystal composition is provided together with its production method. A liquid crystal display having the color filter is also provided.
