PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of an unbalanced voltage caused by connecting/breaking of a circuit breaker. SOLUTION: The neutral line of a three phase four wire system power supply is branched off in accordance with each of the phases and the power lines of each phase and the neutral line are connected to a circuit breaker 103 to conduct connecting/breaking operations as inputs of the circuit breaker 103. The outputs of the circuit breaker 103 are supplied to the load of the output. Thus, no closed circuit is formed even though the power lines are closed while the neutral line is open and the generation of an unbalanced voltage is prevented.
