MULTI-BEAM OPTICAL RECORDER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the light output from an optical waveguide array part without increasing the number of beams in use nor increasing the light output of a single semiconductor laser body even when the recording speed of a recorder becomes fast. SOLUTION: Each of optical fibers forming an optical fiber array has at least >=1 branch part halfway between the light incidence end and projection end and each of optical fibers branching off from branch parts is provided with optical coupling part for receiving light emitted by respectively independent semiconductor lasers.
