PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromosome sample developing device which automatically generates a chromosome sample. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a slide glass supply device 1 which supplies a slide glass S, a slide index 2 which has a plane where the supplied slide glass S is mounted and carries the slide glass S to a specific place, a spit index 3 which holds a spit 31 wherein specific sample liquid is put, a dispensing device 4 which drips the sample liquid from the spit by a constant amount on the slide glass being carried by the slide index 2, a slide reloading device 5 which reloads the slide glass S carried to the specific place of the slide index 2 to a slide tray T, and a controller 6 which controls the operations of the respective devices.
