PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency heating device capable of unifying the finishing temperature of a food with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The temperature distribution of matters 7, 8 to be heated on a putting table 9 under heating is detected by an infrared ray sensor to recognize a position, whereat the temperature is high, and another position, whereat the temperature is low, while the rotating mechanism 10 of the putting table 9 is controlled so that the position, whereat the temperature is low, is stopped at a position in a heating chamber 6 whereat the strength of electric field is strong to heat the position. Accordingly, the finishing temperature of the food can be unified with a simple constitution.
