PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which is applicable to the room side plastic layer of an insulating composite sash, has a woody feel, and is excellent in mechanical strength and impact resistance in particular. SOLUTION: In the laminate, on one side of a resin layer of a woody feel comprising 100 pts.wt. of vinyl chloride resin 500-1,000 in average degree of polymerization and 15-50 pts.wt. of wood powder, a layer of a graft polymer 600-1,200 in average degree of polymerization in which vinyl chloride is graft- polymerized on a crosslinked copolymer obtained from 100 pts.wt. of an alkyl (meth)acrylate, the glass transition temperature of the homopolymer of which is below 0 deg.C, and 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a multifunctional monomer, and the graft ratio of the vinyl chloride is 85-97 wt.% is laminated.
