PURPOSE: An apparatus for picking sample inside a raw material stirring vacuum tank is provided in which there is not any danger that a tank filled with flammable gas is exploded, and the sample can be picked up as the vacuum state is being maintained in the tank. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for picking sample inside a raw material stirring vacuum tank comprises a casing(10) which is injected into the raw material stirring vacuum tank, the lower part of which is opened, and to the upper side of which a holder(16) is fixed; a shaft(20) on the upper side of which a screw part(22) is formed in the casing so that the shaft is vertically moved when rotating a handle adhered onto the upper part of the shaft as it is being coupled to the holder; a valve seat(26) which is adhered to the lower end part of the shaft and opens or closes the lower part of the casing; a gas injection pipe(50) which is connected to one side of the casing and equipped with a switching valve(52); and a sample discharge pipe(30) which is projected into the casing from one side of the casing, and on the outer side of which a switching valve(34) is formed, wherein the valve seat is formed in a cone shape, and the apparatus further comprises a cleaning solution storage tank(46) installed on one side of the gas injection pipe.
