PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a soft polyurethane foam which is good in moldability, resonance vibration properties and durability. SOLUTION: The method of producing a soft polyurethane foam uses a polymer polyol mixture which contains (A) a polyol obtained by the ring-opening addition polymerization of an alkylene oxide by a composite metal cyanide complex catalyst and (B) a polyol obtained by the ring-opening addition polymerization of an alkylene oxide by a cesium catalyst at a determined ratio; and has a total unsaturation degree of 0.03 meq/g or less and an average hydroxyl group value of 10-70 mgKOH/g.
