PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system in which the display image of a present position can be distinguished clearly from a background even when the color of the display image of the present position is changed. SOLUTION: In the navigation system 1, the display image of the present position, map information around the present position as the background and peripheral information are displayed on a display part 4. When the color of the display image of the present position is changed, the color of the background is displayed so as to be different from the color of the display image of the present position.
