PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure durability by preventing a raw material constituting a cushioning material 4b from fraying off an outer circumferential portion of the cushioning material 4b while suppressing cost increase. SOLUTION: The cushioning material 4b has an annular shape into which a cylindrical intermediate material comprising a coil of a band of the raw material of braided filaments is axially pressure-formed. The cushioning material 4b has a linear projection 15 throughout the outer circumference. The linear projection 15 has a higher density than the other portions.
