PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secret photographing prevention device for preventing secret photographing by an infrared camera from the outside of a vehicle such as an automobile by attaching it to the vicinity of a window glass and a number plate of the vehicle. SOLUTION: This secret photographing prevention device is provided with a platelike member formed by mixing a fluorescent material reacting to infrared ray into a material allowing seeing through when solidified and an infrared lamp causing halation inside the platelike member by projecting light toward the inside of the platelike member.
