PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely return refrigerant which is in superheated state back to a compressor, even if it is of a simple and low-cost constitution having no accumulator. SOLUTION: An oil separator 2 for separating oil from refrigerator delivered from a compressor 1 is provided. An oil return pipe 6 for returning the oil separated through the oil separator 2 back to the compressor 1 is connected to the way of piping connecting an inboard heat exchanger and the compressor 1, thus vaporizing refrigerant vaporize completely from the inboard heat exchanger.
