PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a steel sill using channel steel requiring no welding for installing a bolt, and causing no reduction in yield strength by opening hole to a flange part. SOLUTION: This steel sill 1 is characterized in that a pair of channel steel 2 having a cross section of a line symmetry shape are arranged on a foundation 7 so that mutual web parts 2a rise back to back, and connecting hardware 3 or a spacer is fixed in a state of being sandwiched by the web parts 2a of the channel steel 2.
